RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Abrishm, every piece is carefully handcrafted, and many of our items are produced in limited quantities.
Due to the exclusive and artisanal nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
We have a specific exchange policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

Only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
Exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Custom-made or made-to-measure garments
Items purchased on sale or during promotional events
Minor variations in color, print, or embroidery due to the handcrafted nature of the product

Exchanges are offered only for size issues and are subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. The exchange will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.

HOW TO INITIATE EXCHANGE

Please email us at info@abrishmofficial.com with the subject line "Exchange Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]" and include:
A brief reason for the return/exchange
Photos of the product (in case of damage/defect)
Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process
